RCC Extreme skate parks
The equipment at the spots is suitable for both professional and beginners’ trainings on skateboards, BMX and MTB bikes, and stunt scooters. The sites feature wear-resistant and impact-resistant structures: ramps, launch pads, rails, fan boxes, pyramids, steps, and other items for performing tricks.
RCC Extreme is a unique project that has brought together extreme sports enthusiasts from the Urals into a sports community based on skate parks, creating a sports empire. It has also elevated street extreme sports from the realm of subculture to the category of serious sports. The project has managed to bring together amateurs and professional riders, raise its own ambassadors, and attract the attention of over a million Ural residents.
In 2024, RCC Extreme went beyond the summer season, adding a winter destination to the project’s ecosystem — a snow park at the Uktus ski resort in Yekaterinburg.
The park features jumps of various levels and jibbing objects: from basic boxes for beginners to kickers and rails for experienced riders. For beginners, there are features with optimal geometry that allow mastering the basic elements of jibbing in a safely manner.
The park was built taking into account the requirements of Olympic reserve schools and the experience of the country’s leading snow parks. Special emphasis is placed on safety: jumps with correct landing and smooth radius minimise risks, even if the rider has not gained enough speed or miscalculated the amplitude.
The snow park fully complies with the requirements of sports federations, so it hosts Olympic reserve school training sessions, beginner rider technique training, and slopestyle, big air and jibbing competitions.
The park is open for everyone — from beginners to professionals — and has already become a new attraction for the winter extreme community not only in Ekaterinburg but also in other regions of Russia.
In its sports projects, RCC is creating a system that connects children’s, amateur and professional sports, giving athletes the opportunity to train and compete in conditions that meet the most up-to-date requirements.
