When purchasing goods, works and services from contractors, RCC follows the rules defined by the “Tender Procedure” standard.
The document establishes requirements for organising and implementing procurement activities, ensures the targeted and effective use of funds, as well as the timely and complete supply of high-quality products to enterprises on favourable terms. In addition, the objectives of the standard are to achieve economically justified costs, prevent possible abuse and increase the investment attractiveness of RCC.
In accordance with the “Tender Procedure” standard, RCC holds tenders, electronic auctions, and requests for commercial proposals, and selects the best products and services available on the market today.
The procedures for selecting the best offers during the procurement are not tenders or public competitions and do not impose on RCC any obligations under Articles 447–449, Part One, and Articles 1,057–1,061, Part Two, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Economic Security Department of JSC RCC carries out the accreditation of procurement participants.

In order to identify potential procurement participants capable of performing (providing) certain types of work (services) and supplying certain types of goods in accordance with the RCC’s requirements for production processes, quality and safety of goods, RCC conducts accreditation of procurement participants.
To participate in procurement, a candidate must undergo accreditation, namely: fill out an applicant questionnaire and provide the documents specified in the list. This information and documents must be sent to proverka@rcc-group.ru. Please note that the total size of attachments to the e-mail must not exceed 15 MB.
