The RCC Poisk (Search) movement
was founded in 2024.

RCC Poisk was established to assist the Ministry of Emergency Situations in rescuing people

Work
The RCC Search and Rescue Unit assists the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in rescuing people who need help in sub-zero temperatures, during floods, as well as in forests and on mountain slopes. RCC Poisk teams deploy warming posts for drivers on highways in winter, participate in searches for missing persons, and provide first aid to victims.

RCC Poisk teams use the latest equipment in their work, including all-terrain off-road vehicles, boats, quad bikes, snowmobiles, UAVs, thermal imagers, and other modern technology.

Search movement

The movement began in June 2024, when RCC Security Service employees joined the search for missing children in the Tyumen region — a brother and sister who had spent several days alone in the forest. It was our guys that found the kids brought them to the camp. And then, at the end of July 2024, hundreds of RCC Security Service employees were among the first to go and help people during the floods in the village of Kiolem in the Karabash urban district, as well as in the town of Korkino in the Chelyabinsk region.
