RCC has approved a Social Development Strategy that defines four key aspects. These are environmental and social responsibility, charity, and HR policy.

Among the key tasks that the company solves in the area of social responsibility and charity are the creation of a comfortable urban environment, the development of the social sphere and engineering infrastructure, and the support of educational and cultural projects.

RСС pays special attention to creating favorable conditions for young people, comprehensive development of the younger generation, formation of a proactive life position and caring attitude towards the small homeland, as well as support for talents in creativity and sports.

The projects are implemented within the framework of social partnership agreements with the authorities of the territories of presence. RCC finances the repair of existing and construction of new social facilities, sponsors children's clubs and sections, and supports territorial improvement projects.
