Born in 1981.
In 2004 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Physics and Technology of USTU-UPI with a degree in Computing Machines, Complexes, Systems and Networks.
Andrey Obukhov has been working in the IT field for over twenty years. He began his career in 2001 as a third-year student at the Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development, where he rose from an intern to a top manager. Within five years from the moment of employment, Andrey Vladimirovich became the head of information systems support and continued to move up the career ladder. Since 2019 - Director of the Information Technology Department of UBRD.
In 2014, he passed the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Since 2021 — Vice President for Information Technology of the Russian Copper Company. At RCC, Andrey Obukhov oversees the development of IT infrastructure and process automation. He is in charge of defining strategic directions for the development of information technology, introducing innovative solutions and digitalizing the company.
