Vice President for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
Born in Krasnoturyinsk. Graduated with honours from the Ural State Mining University in 1998 as a specialist in Mining Engineering with a degree in Environmental Engineering Protection in Mining.
Natalia Gonchar won the scholarship of the Sverdlovsk Region Governor for the 1996-1998 academic years. In 2003 Ms Gonchar defended a thesis on Geotechnology and Geoecology and got a PhD in Engineering.
From 2005 through 2012, Ms Gonchar held various positions, from the main specialist to deputy head of the environmental safety department of UMMC-Holding (Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company).
In 2006, she received further education at the Ural State Forest Engineering University under the "Ecologist in the field of professional practice" program and got a degree in Ecology.
Since 2012 Ms Gonchar has headed the EHS department of the Russian Copper Company.
In 2017 Natalia Gonchar was appointed Vice President for Environmental Health and Safety (EHS). She is responsible for environmental protection, conservation of natural resources, occupational safety and health in the companies of RCC Group.
She was awarded the Certificate of Merit of the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region and the medal of distinction of the Sverdlovsk region "Merit for the Sverdlovsk region", Grade III.
