Ruslan Baisarov has become a shareholder of Russian Copper Company Ltd.

Russkaya Mednaya Kompaniya ZAO was informed by its shareholder — Russian Copper Company Ltd. (RCC) — that 20 % of its shares were sold to a Russian businessman Ruslan Baysarov. A new stockholder will join the company`s board of directors.

Russkaya Mednaya Kompaniya ZAO was established in 2004. It is a trading company empowered to operational control of RCC holding’s assets. At present it is the third company in Russia involved in refined copper production. Production facilities of Russian Copper Company make up 200 thousand tons of copper cathodes and 190 thousand tons of copper wire rod per year. RCC uses its own raw materials as well as scrap and nonferrous waste for copper production.

Russian Copper Company Ltd. (RCC), BVI was established in 2004. RCC is a vertically-integrated production holding affiliating over 10 main production facilities in mining and metallurgical branches. 80% of RCC shares belong to "First Capital "company which is owned by Igor Altushkin.
