CEO of the Tominskiy Processing Plant
Born in 1958 in the town of Lukhovitsy, Moscow Region.
After graduating from the Smolensk Higher Anti-Aircraft Missile Command Academy in 1980, Valery Ulanovskiy served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
Upon retiring from active service in 2000, he became head of local government in the town of Karabash, Chelyabinsk Region.
From 2005 to 2008 he leaded RCC’s office in Chelyabinsk, and in 2008 became CEO of the Mikheevskiy Processing Plant.
Since 2014, he has been CEO of the Tominskiy Processing Plant.
