CEO of Mikheevskiy Processing Plant
Born in 1995 in the city of Sibay, Bashkir ASSR. Graduated from theMagnitogorsk Mining and Smelting Institute.
Alexander Sizikov began his career in 1981 at the Bashkir Copper Sulphur Plant. Over the course of 23 years, he rose through the ranks from workman to CEO, before being appointed Adviser to the Director General of UGMK-Holding. He then became head of the enrichment plant at RCC's Karabashmed in Chelyabinsk Region.
In 2010, he was appointed Adviser to the President of RCC Group, and CEO of the Aktyubinsk Copper Company in Kazakhstan. In 2014, hebecame CEO of the Mikheevskiy Processing Plant in Chelyabinsk Region, the construction of which plant was a major investment project in the post-Soviet history of copper mining and processing. As the Plant's CEO, Sizikov successfully managed the commissioning works, ensuring that the Plant is functioning at maximum efficiency.
He holds a “Miner of Russia” award, a “300 Years of Ural Metallurgy” award, a Russian Government Award, and the title of “Honoured Miner”.
