CEO of Kyshtym Copper Electrolytic Plant
Born in 1967 in the city of Orsk, Orenburg Region. Graduated from the Ural State Technical University as a specialist in non-ferrous metallurgy in 1994, and from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics in 1988.
Andrey Kudryavtsev began his career in 1985 as a furnace operator in a calcination shop at the Yuzhuralnikel Plant. After military service, he studied in the Heavy Non-Ferrous Metallurgy Faculty of the Ural Polytechnic Institute.
In 1994, Kudryavtsev joined the Mednogorsk Copper-Sulphur Plant in Orenburg Region as Deputy Chief Accountant, becoming Chief Accountant in 1995. In 2000, hewas appointed Chief Process Engineer and Deputy CEO for Economics, and in 2002 he moved to UGMK-Holding as DeputyHead of the Budgeting Department.
Kudryavtsev has worked at RCC since it was founded.In 2004, he served as Deputy Chief Technology Officer. The same year, he was appointed to the Kyshtym Copper Electrolytic Plant as Chief Operating Officer, and in 2007, he became Deputy CEO for Finance and Economics. In March 2016, Kudryavtsev was promoted to CEO of the Kyshtym Copper Electrolytic Plant.
For his great contribution to industry, Andrey Kudryavtsev was honoured with a commendation from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
