CEO of ORMET, Aleksandrinsk Mining Company, and Aktyubinsk Copper Company
Born in Kazakhstan. Graduated in 1987 from the Magnitogorsk Mining and Smelting Institute as a specialist in pressure metal treatment.
Natalia Bondarenko began her career as an engineer at the Izhstal Production Association. In 1989, she became an environmental engineer at the Mednogorsk Copper Sulphur Plant, and then served as the plant’s Deputy Head of the Economic Planning Department and Head of Finance.
In 1999, she joined ORMET, which became part of RCC Group in 2004. Before being appointed as CEO of ORMET, Bondarenko worked as CFO and First Deputy CEO for Economics and Commercial Issuesof ORMET.
In addition to her duties as CEO of ORMET, Bondarenko has been CEO of the Aleksandrinsk Mining Company since 2013 and CEO of the Aktyubinsk Copper Company since 2017.
